The Ligoire is a river in France that runs in the Indre-et-Loire department in the Center-Val de Loire region . It rises in the northeastern municipal area of Varennes , generally drains towards the west-southwest and flows into the Esves as a right tributary after around 21 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Civray-sur-Esves and Sepmes . The last two kilometers Ligoire and Esves run parallel, at a short distance from each other.
