Liina Luik (born October 14, 1985 ) is an Estonian long-distance runner and Olympian (2016).

Career

She ran her first marathon on September 12, 2010 at the Tallinn Marathon , for which she needed 3:13:54 h.

At the beginning of December 2013, she needed 2:40:05 h for the Shanghai Marathon .

In 2014 she came in 29th place in the marathon after 2:41:48 h at the European Athletics Championships in Zurich .

On August 30, 2015, she ran the marathon at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing . She reached the goal after 2:39:42 h with a new personal best and finished in 27th place.

Her identical triplet sisters Lily and Leila are also long-distance runners.

The three sisters competed together at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Liina couldn't finish the race.
