Lissowody ( Ukrainian Лісоводи ; Russian Лесоводы Lessowody , Polish Łysowody ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast Khmelnyzkyj with about 3000 inhabitants (2001).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1559, is the administrative center of the 34.5 km² district council of the same name in Horodok Rajon , to which the southern settlement of Lissowody ( ⊙ ) with about 70 inhabitants belongs.
Lissowody is located between the Dniester tributaries Smotrych in the east and Schwantschyk in the west and between the regional road P-50 in the north and the territorial road T-23-12 in the south of the village. The village has a train station on the Butschatsch – Jarmolynzi railway line .
The Horodok district center is 12 km east and the Khmelnitsky Oblast center 62 km northeast of Lisovody.
