  • Cai Lun , is considered to be the inventor of paper , although it has been proven that it has been around since the 2nd century BC. Gave paper (before his birth)
  • Min Chueh Chang , biologist, learned the process of in vitro fertilization in 1945 from Gregory Pincus in Worcester at the Worcester Foundation for Biomedical Research. It was there that he and Pincus carried out the fundamental research into developing the birth control pill .
