The list of the Gothic brick works in the Czech Republic is part of the list of plant brick building works of the Gothic period in which the entire European inventory of these buildings is as complete as possible listed. The only buildings included are those on which the brick appears somewhere or, in the case of muddy surfaces, at least the brick structure of the masonry is recognizable.
There are only a few Gothic brick buildings in the Czech Republic.
Those in Moravian Silesia , like the numerous Gothic buildings in Silesia, belong to the northern brick Gothic. The monastery church in Staré Brno is also related to the north because of its founding history. With regard to the brick buildings in Prague, it should be borne in mind that Emperor Charles IV had his summer residence in Tangermünde built from brick.
