This list reflects the update status from February 3, 2015 and contains 64 architectural monuments.
Ensembles
Ensemble Hauptstrasse
The upper part of the main street was still called Markt in the 18th century . It should therefore form the axis of the city founded in 1353 by the burgraves of Nuremberg next to an older settlement (first mentioned as Peieresvorahe 1062). Since several city fires have devastated the place, it is uncertain whether the layout of this market and especially its relationship to the town hall go back to the Thirty Years War . In the form of the 17th / 18th In the late 19th century, however, its buildings are well preserved, with inns and the former caste office accentuating its function as a small center. The fixed closure in the north should mark the transition to the given settlement situation; in the south the square was closed by the Erlanger Gate until 1945. File number: E-5-72-115-1.
Ensemble Rathausplatz
The town hall square, which roughly marks the border between the old settlement and the city founded in the 14th century, is likely to go back to a systematization in the course of the reconstruction after the destruction of the Thirty Years War, which is also supported by the fact that the first town hall was built on this site in 1640. The square gets its effect from the orientation towards the parish church to the west . The two-story development on the long side from the 17th – 19th centuries Century is almost closed, the rear wall of the square is formed by the main street, the kinking of which at this point illustrates the function of the square as an urban break. File number: E-5-72-115-2.

Remarks
- ↑ This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The property of a monument - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the Monument Atlas and the entry in the Bavarian Monument List. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
- ↑ Incorrectly assigned to the Ludwig-Danube-Main Canal , 1836-1845, in the Bavarian Monument List . The canal's only reference to this bridge is its former course nearby.
