List of architectural monuments in Fürsteneck

On this page the monuments of the Lower Bavarian community Fürsteneck are compiled. This table is a partial list of the list of architectural monuments in Bavaria . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been managed by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority. The list reflects the update status of March 22, 2018 and includes eight architectural monuments.

Fürsteneck

Fürsteneck Castle, castle complex Three-wing complex, three-storey tracts with an irregular floor plan, with hipped, half-hipped and saddle roof, labeled “1700”, the core is older;

Castle chapel, today the parish church of St. Johannes, central building with trikonchos, with a mansard hipped roof, 1745 by Severin Goldberger, restored in 1929 after a fire; with equipment ;

Keep, with hipped roof and ridge turret, quarry stone, early 13th century;

Gate tower, four-story hipped roof building with arched passage, medieval core;

Access bridge over the neck ditch on the north side, solid construction with a central round arch, quarry stone, probably 16./17. Century;

Castle wall, quarry stone, probably medieval;

Bering, quarry stone masonry following the residential construction in the south.
