List of architectural monuments in Nandlstadt

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

On this page the monuments of the Upper Bavarian market Nandlstadt are compiled. This table is a partial list of the list of architectural monuments in Bavaria . The basis is the Bavarian Monument List , which was first drawn up on the basis of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act of October 1, 1973 and has since been managed by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation . The following information does not replace the legally binding information from the monument protection authority.

Town hall in Nandlstadt

ensemble

  • Marktstrasse : The ensemble comprises the regular, north-south facing main line of Nandlstädter Marktstrasse with the part that turns west and rises slightly at the level of the church. The place, first mentioned in 1255, probably received market rights in 1386 by the Lower Bavarian dukes. The late medieval development of the market fell victim to the Thirty Years War, the development of the 17th and 18th centuries. Century was completely replaced by new buildings in the late 19th century as Nandlstadt developed into one of the main towns in the Holledauer hop-growing area. In 1865 the neo-Gothic parish church was built, which in terms of urban planning has the function of a joint between the lower and upper market and whose Gothic tower dominates the ensemble, in 1884 the neo-Gothic town hall with its crenellated tower was built, which closes the market in the north.
Two-storey buildings from around 1900, strictly on the eaves side, including some inns, frame the sides of the lower market. In the ascending upper part, open, partly villa-like, partly neo-baroque buildings from the early 20th century predominate.

Remarks

  1. This list may not correspond to the current status of the official list of monuments. The latter can be viewed on the Internet as a PDF using the link given under web links and is also mapped in the Bavarian Monument Atlas . Even these representations, although they are updated daily by the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation , do not always and everywhere reflect the current status. Therefore, the presence or absence of an object in this list or in the Bavarian Monument Atlas does not guarantee that it is currently a registered monument or not. The Bavarian List of Monuments is also an information directory. The monument property - and thus the legal protection - is defined in Art. 1 of the Bavarian Monument Protection Act (BayDSchG) and does not depend on the mapping in the monument atlas or the entry in the Bavarian monument list. Objects that are not listed in the Bavarian Monument List can also be monuments if they meet the criteria according to Art. 1 BayDSchG. Early involvement of the Bavarian State Office for Monument Preservation according to Art. 6 BayDSchG is therefore necessary in all projects.
