( Location ) Forest cemetery The forest cemetery is one of the largest war cemeteries in Germany. Over 28,000 victims of the Second World War rest there, mostly in the pocket of Halbe Fallen, but also executed deserters of the Wehrmacht, forced laborers and those who died between 1945 and 1947 from the Soviet special camp Ketschendorf.
