Residential and commercial building The building was the seat of the Spielmann publishing house at the beginning of the 20th century, which goes back to the Hungarian journalist Franz Spielmann. The local newspaper Der Märker was printed there. The two-storey building was made of light-colored bricks ; the reveals of the windows and doors with reddish brick set off from them. The pilaster strips , designed in an orange brick , which structure the building, the gate and the entrance , stand out from this.
