( Location ) | Rote Brücke (Spreebrücke), east of Hartmannsdorf | It is a 267 meter long railway bridge, construction of which began around 1900. Because of the recurring flood, the engineers provided it with 17 drainage openings. A flood in 1901 washed away the pillar under construction in the Spree, which delayed construction work. The bridge could not be completed until October 26, 1901. The railway police took the route on November 18, 1901 with the participation of District Administrator Friedrich von Falkenhausen . Regular train service began soon afterwards, resulting in travel times of a little less than two hours for the Lübben – Beeskow railway line .

( Location ) | Water tower, northwest of the main cemetery | The 33 meter high water tower was built in 1914/1915 to supply the city with drinking water according to plans by the Charlottenburg architect Georg Wachsning. The water came from the pumping station in the Majoransheide from five wells, each 100 meters deep. Because the system did not meet the current technical (among other things, the pressure was one bar too little) or the hygienic requirements and the city had no money for renovation, the tower was shut down in 1997. Until 2012, the owner, Stadt- und Überlandwerke Lübben (SÜW), offered the tower for sale for a symbolic euro . At the end of the year negotiations took place between the city of Lübben and a potential buyer. By means of an official resolution, the surrounding area was released in preparation for the residential use of the tower. Nothing has been known about a new owner yet.

Trüschels colony with a well | The residential complex for the workers of the factory owner Arthur Trüschel was built in 1918. The building plans were provided by the Berlin architecture firm Heider, while the garden architect Pierre Bourbotte planned the associated front gardens, small parks and the fountain. At the end of the First World War , the procurement of materials was just as much a problem as the calculation of the construction costs. In order to still realize his construction project - at that time still outside the city of Lübben - Trüschel founded his own construction department, acquired a sawmill and employed his own construction workers. With the construction of the houses, the necessary infrastructure such as a new road system, the water and sewage systems were created.
