The list of Bishops of Kingston (technically: Kingston-upon-Thames or Kingston-on-Thames ) represents the episcopal title holders of the Church of England , the Diocese of Southwark, in the Province of Canterbury . The title was after the borough of Kingston upon Named Thames .
