List of US House Delegates from the Northern Mariana Islands
The Northern Mariana Islands ( Northern Mariana Islands ) are a since 1975 nichtinkorporiertes territory of the United States . The West Pacific archipelago was first represented in 1978 by a Resident Representative in the United States House of Representatives ; since 2008 by a delegate, as well as other outlying areas of the United States. Congress delegates only have voting rights in the committees , but not in the House of Representatives itself.
