This list shows all the politicians who for since 1822 Florida Territory and for the later state of Florida to the United States House of Representatives have listened. Florida initially had only one MP in Washington for many years before the number steadily increased. In 1963, for example, the state gained four seats and now has twelve members. Due to the sustained population growth, the number of MPs from Florida is now 27. In 2013, the last two new electoral districts were created. These were used in almost all elections; only in 1873 there was a state-wide election for both seats ("at large"). An additional At-large mandate was awarded in 1933, 1935 and 1943. From 1861 to 1868, the state's seats remained vacant after the secession of Florida.
