This list shows the flags in the Odenwaldkreis in Hesse , with its cities, communities and districts. In view of the fact that mostly banners or high flags are common in Hessen, the approval data and the flag description are also related to these.

The flag of the Odenwaldkreis was approved by the Hessian Ministry of the Interior for the then Erbach district and is described as follows: "On black-red-gold flag cloth in red, which pushes up in overturned heraldic point up to the middle of black and gold, the circle coat of arms."
