Three-sided courtyard with a gable-independent residential house and a gable-independent barn as a side and a stable-shed building as a rear closure. The house is a stilted two-storey half-timbered building with a saddle roof and a massive wall on the ground floor facing the stream. It was increased in 1942. The farm buildings have massive basement floors and half-timbered gables. The property was built in the 19th century by the Dingeldein millers, who still own the property to this day.
