- Note: The order of the monuments in this list is based on the address; alternatively, it can also be sorted according to the name, the number assigned by the State Office for Monument Preservation or the construction time.
The basis is the publication of the Hessian list of monuments, which was created for the first time on the basis of the Monument Protection Act of September 5, 1986 and has been continuously updated since then.

The oldest mill location in Auerbach was probably created as early as the 13th century under the Counts of Katzenelnbogen . In the Thirty Years War it was destroyed and rebuilt. Today's large mill building dates from 1788 and is now used as the “Alte Dorfmühle” inn. The two-storey building with a high mansard roof is massive on the ground floor, while the upper floor is built in a structural framework. The mansard roof has gable dormers with rosettes in the gable fields. The village mill, which characterizes the town, is of particular importance in terms of the history of the place and technology. | 1788 |

The quinine manufacturer Dr. August Hermann Seyferth, son-in-law of the Darmstadt pharmacist Karl Liebig, a brother of Justus von Liebig . The two-storey plastered building is built over a base and has a separate entrance on each of its two narrow sides in narrow risalits. The flat hipped roof is enlivened by symmetrically arranged dwelling houses. Today the "Spundloch" wine bar is located in one half of the house.
