(map)
1883 Magnificent courtyard in good original condition, representative house, a stable building with a well-preserved Kumthalle, of architectural and socio-historical value.

Four-sided farm built in 1883 by farmer Robert Haferkorn on a previously uninhabited site. After 1998 renovation in line with listed buildings. Modern, generously laid out agricultural property with large stables and storage rooms. In its training, the residential building is reminiscent of mansions in manors. Two-storey plastered building with a rectangular floor plan, completed by what is now a slate-covered hip roof. Horizontal structure through belt cornices, windows framed by natural stone walls. The farm buildings were also built on a massive scale. Wide-spread buildings with gable roofs. The horse stable with a central projectile and triangular gable, there three-bay Kumthalle. The surrounding walls of the barn opposite the manor house were preserved, so that the appearance of the four-sided courtyard was preserved. Today the estate is used for conferences and seminars. In addition to meeting rooms, it also offers overnight accommodation. The former farm is a modern farm from the late 19th century, which was made possible by the fertility of the "Lommatzscher care". Even today it is still the “granary of Saxony”. The densely populated cities of the Ore Mountains were supplied with agricultural goods through these goods. The great economic and historical importance of the estate arises from this fact. At the same time, it documents the rural building trade of the late 19th century in the Lommatzscher care in an exemplary way. (LFD / 2011.)
