Cottage property Leschen 19
(map)
18th century Small half-timbered house, probably from the 18th century, of significance in terms of the history of the house due to its age and its largely preserved half-timbered construction.

Probably in the 18th century or possibly even in the 17th century a cottage, two-storey with a half-timbered upper storey. The ground floor was presumably heavily driven under. The building is completed by a steep gable roof. The framework on the facing side of the eaves is single-bolted and easily changed by installing a window that is too large. A massive single-storey entrance area was placed in front of the facing eaves side, which was probably not integrated into the half-timbered construction of the upper storey. It can therefore be assumed that the house has remained largely authentic and is therefore one of the oldest preserved buildings in the village. The monument value arises mainly from the resulting architectural significance.
