Built in 1939 as the home of the former soap factory for Eduard Hahn from Limmritz. Erich Göhring from Chemnitz was responsible for the construction. Single-storey wooden house, designed as a two-family house, with a longitudinal rectangular floor plan, twin windows from the construction period with muntin division of the skylights, horizontal faceplate on the outside, closure by a gable roof with a large, centrally arranged roof bay window, also with a gable roof. Well-proportioned house in typical landscape construction, which fits well into the landscape and village. The walls are made of cinder block concrete and double-T-beams or wooden supports, which are clad on the outside with faceplate and inside with plywood. The voids between the wooden supports did not contain any filling. Thanks to its high-quality design and authenticity, the wooden house gains importance in terms of architectural history.

Barn and side building of the former forge Schmiedegasse 44
(map)
1st half of the 19th century Well-preserved farm buildings of the old village smithy, which represent an important testimony to old village structures and the handicrafts originally necessary in the village, from which the local historical and socio-historical value of the building ensemble is derived.

The old village smithy still consists of the former house, originally with a blacksmith's workshop, a neighboring side building with stables and the farm buildings opposite, the barn and a side building that was added later. The street obviously ran right through this little courtyard. Due to structural changes, the old village smithy and the neighboring side building are not worthy of monument. The complex opposite these buildings, consisting of the older barn and a later added side building, is, on the other hand, worth a monument due to its good original condition. Taking advantage of the hillside location, the barn is obviously partly two-story. In this area we find massive ground floor walls and a boarded timber frame on the upper floor. A special feature is the high hipped roof, which can be an indication that the barn was built before 1800, maybe also before 1700. Later, probably at the beginning or in the middle of the 19th century, the side building could have been added, which later housed a garage. This building is two-story with a massive plastered ground floor and boarded half-timbering on the upper floor. The building is completed by a hipped roof. Due to the extreme hillside location and probably also belonging to the forge, an unmistakable ensemble of houses has been created, which is important both in terms of building history and local history due to its structural features, but also due to the fact that it belongs to the old village blacksmith's shop.

Residential house, presumably a cottage Schmiedegasse 45
(map)
around 1800 Half-timbered house typical of the landscape in good original condition of architectural, socio-historical and local value.

Simple half-timbered house in traditional construction, probably built around 1800. Two-storey on a rectangular floor plan with a solid ground floor (possibly plastered clay walls) and two-tier half-timbering on the upper floor. The house is closed by a steep gable roof. Due to its authenticity (apart from marginal structural changes), the house documents the building trade at the time it was built as well as the way of life of the rural population (cottagers, gardeners), from which the building and socio-historical value of the house is derived. Due to its dominant street location, the building has a significant impact on the townscape.

Freiberger Mulde Bridge Westewitzer Strasse (Technitzer Strasse)
(map)
1870-1871 Three-arched stone bridge over the Freiberg Mulde , significant in terms of traffic history , shaping the landscape.

This structure is a three-arched bridge with spans of 10.92 m and 20.1 m and 10.92 m. The pillars are 5.98 m thick. The bridge is 65.0 m long. The building shows a beautiful natural stone design. The flat and slender arches, the interplay between the ashlar masonry of the vaults made of gray sandstone and the reddish polygonal masonry of the front walls made of Hohenlaufter granite, as well as the mighty protruding pillars should be noted. The structure crosses the federal highway 175 and passes under the Freiberg Mulde. Sandstone, Hohenlaufter granite and reinforced concrete were used as building materials.
