1. ↑ Description of the garden monument Gutspark Niederkaina (Silke Epple, August 19, 2008):
   History: From 1589 to 1625 in the possession of the city of Bautzen, in 1719 in the possession of the Bautzen mayor Caspar Christian Hübsch (coat of arms above the entrance of the manor), in 1813 the old manor burned down , 1842 sold to Eduard Hetzer, 1843 construction of the present mansion, 1910 remodeling.
   • Structural assets:
     • Buildings: mansion (single monument) built in 1719, reconstruction in 1850, farm building (single monument)
     • Enclosure: forecourt area enclosed with plastered brick wall east of the manor house
   • Development:
     • Entrances: portal-like driveway and entrance made of plastered brick wall with brick cover north of the manor house, gate wing disappeared
     • Path system: paths hardly recognizable
   • Horticultural buildings: octagonal garden pavilion (individual monument) in the forecourt east of the manor house
   • Water elements: Gutspark borders the Albrechtsbach in the west, ponds formerly located in the park have disappeared, today there is only a large area of ​​meadows
   • Vegetation: existing trees, including mighty silver maple (Acer saccharinum), red oak (Quercus robur)
   • Disturbing factor: playground in the west of the park
