Marked 1719 (manor house) Individual features of the aggregate Rittergut Niederkaina; of importance in terms of building history and local history. Symmetrical structure, emphasis on the center with triangular gable, risalit and clock tower; on the back, pilasters and plaster reliefs, triangular gable; Colored glass windows in veranda; Coat of arms (marked 1719), small farm building to the side, pergola in front of the manor house.

Simple mansion with hipped roof and turret, around 1850. The facade is structured by a central projecting with triangular gable and protruding extensions on the ground floor. On the garden side, a central risalit with strong pilasters, on the ground floor a three-axis porch with large windows and a terrace above, on the upper floor a loggia. A pergola in front of the house; to the side a small outbuilding and a park.

  1. Description of the garden monument Gutspark Niederkaina (Silke Epple, August 19, 2008):
    History: From 1589 to 1625 in the possession of the city of Bautzen, in 1719 in the possession of the Bautzen mayor Caspar Christian Hübsch (coat of arms above the entrance of the manor), in 1813 the old manor burned down , 1842 sold to Eduard Hetzer, 1843 construction of the present mansion, 1910 remodeling.
