The list of protected areas in nature and landscape protection in Jena lists all natural monuments , nature reserves , landscape protection areas , FFH areas and European bird protection areas in the area of the Thuringian city of Jena and its districts. The basis is the entries in protection lists from European to regional level.

It was then used by glider pilots until it was demolished in 1959 | |

Fourteen saints | Planted around 1850, height approx. 17 meters, circumference 4.10 meters. The village square of Vierzehnheiligen has always been planted with linden trees, under which the pillory was held at the time of the pilgrimage. Presumably, this tree is a successor to this linden tree. |
Nature reserves
The city of Jena has a share in seven nature reserves, two of which are entirely in the urban area and five in part in the Saale-Holzland district.
