Neo-Romanesque hall church, essentially Gothic, with a retracted choir, one-bay annex on the west side with a neo-Romanesque main facade and the south tower. Probably around 1300 parish, transferred to the cathedral chapter of Wiener Neustadt in 1494, free episcopal collation parish until 1785, church destroyed in 1605 and restored under Cardinal Melchior Khlesl in 1614, again in ruins after the Turkish siege 1683-86, rebuilding until around 1700, vaulted in 1829, fire in 1858, 1865 Reconstruction and extension towards the west in neo-Romanesque forms by Johann Nothaft.
