List of natural units in Hamburg

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This list of the natural space units in Hamburg reflects the natural space structure insofar as they are wholly or partially in the area of Hamburg . It is based on the natural spatial structure for Germany, as it has been carried out since the 1950s and presented in the Handbook of the natural spatial structure of Germany .

The structure created by the Federal Agency for Nature Conservation (BfN) in 1994, which differs slightly from the older one, was put in front, the older numbering was put in brackets. The old system was still adopted for the lower units. The main natural units are further subdivided into sub-units, sub-units and basic units, the list of which, however, has only been taken into account if available and is dealt with in the corresponding articles.

Furthermore, these units also have the property of being represented across borders, not being based on the political division into federal states and districts, and accordingly they also find recurrence in neighboring articles in peripheral areas, such as the overlap between Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony .
