The market researchers Millward Brown and Interbrand determine annually the world's highest brand values and make lists of the most valuable brands in the world together. Interbrand first published a list of the most successful brands in 1988. An updated list of the “Best Global Brands” has been published annually since 2000. Millward Brown has published the “BrandZ Top 100 Most Powerful Brands Ranking” annually since 2006.
