Liu Wei ( Chinese  刘伟 , Pinyin Liú Wěi ; born April 3, 1991 ) is a Chinese ice hockey player who was under contract with China Dragon in the Asia League Ice Hockey until 2017 .

Career

Liu Wei started his career with the Qiqihar team . From 2010 he played for China Dragon in the Asia League Ice Hockey . After he was not used in the 2012/13 season, he was not part of the only Chinese professional team in the following three years. In the 2016/17 season he was back in the squad.

International

For China , Liu Wei took part in the junior division of the U18 World Championships in Division III 2007 and Division II in 2008 and 2009 and the U20 World Championships in 2008 and 2009 in Division II. In the senior sector, the attacker was in China's squad at the World Championships in Division II in 2011 and 2012 . He also represented his colors at the Winter Asian Games 2017 .
