Lizardo Montero Flores
Lizardo Montero Flores (born May 27, 1832 in Ayabaca , Peru , † February 5, 1905 in Lima) was Peruvian Vice President and President of Peru from November 15, 1881 to October 28, 1883 . He was also an admiral in the Peruvian Navy .
Montero was born to the married couple José Casimiro Montero del Aguila and Gregoria Flores Izaga in Ayabaca in the Piura region. He was married to Rosa Elías de la Quintana.
He belonged to Miguel Grau , Aurelio García y García and Manuel Ferreyros to the "Cuatro Ases de la Marina de Guerra" (The four aces of the Navy).
