The Loibler Baba ( Slovenian : Košutica ) is a mountain in the Karawanken on the border between Austria and Slovenia . It is about 3.5 km from the Loibl Pass . Despite the stately height of almost 2000 m, no summit cross was erected on the summit .
Ascent
There are several ways to climb the mountain from Austria and Slovenia. One of them also contains a via ferrata . The summit can be reached in two to three and a half hours, depending on the ascent variant.
Naming
The name Baba comes from Slovenian and means old woman.
