The association LOLY, local television Lyss and surroundings is a regional television broadcaster in Switzerland . For the editorial area of ​​the municipalities of Aarberg , Bargen , Büetigen , Grossaffoltern , Kappelen , Lyss with Busswil , Radelfingen , Seedorf and Worben , LOLY produces a one-hour program every week. LOLY was founded on November 19, 1993 as an association by the initiator Fredy Obrecht. The first broadcast was on February 13, 1995.
