The association LOLY, local television Lyss and surroundings is a regional television broadcaster in Switzerland . For the editorial area of the municipalities of Aarberg , Bargen , Büetigen , Grossaffoltern , Kappelen , Lyss with Busswil , Radelfingen , Seedorf and Worben , LOLY produces a one-hour program every week. The members of the association help to create the programs for the most part on a voluntary basis.
history
LOLY was founded on November 19, 1993 as an association by the initiator Fredy Obrecht. The first broadcast was on February 13, 1995.
Funding / purpose
As an association, LOLY is not financed on a profit-oriented basis with advertising time, sponsors, membership, patronage and community contributions.
LOLY is supposed to convey the cultural, social, political and economic events to the audience in the editorial area.
