Lourdes Benedicto
Lourdes Delarosa Benedicto (born November 12, 1974 in Brooklyn , New York City , New York ) is an American actress of Filipino - Dominican descent.
life and career
Lourdes Benedicto graduated from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh in the US state of Pennsylvania . She made her film debut in 1998 with the film Permanent Midnight . She previously played a recurring role in the television series New York Cops - NYPD Blue . In 2002 she was nominated for the ALMA Award for the role of Rena Trujillo in the series Emergency Room . From 2006 to 2007, she starred in the short-lived mystery series The Nine as Eva Rios , before receiving the role of Alicia Lawson in Cashmere Mafia in 2008 . In 2009 she received a major role as Valerie Stevens in the ABC - science fiction series V - The Visitors .
Benedicto has been married to Matthew Curley since 2006.
