Lucia Šimová (born May 9, 1990 ) is a Slovak biathlete .

Lucia Šimová competed in her first international races in 2006 as part of the Junior European Cup . The first international championships were the 2007 Junior World Championships in Martell . In the individual she was 58th, in the sprint 39th and in the pursuit race 46th. With the Slovak relay she finished eleventh. It took two years until Šimová was used again in Canmore at the Junior World Championships and reached placements 23 in the individual, 38 in the sprint and 36 in the pursuit. In 2010 , the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships were the only major event for the Slovak. In Duszniki-Zdrój she was 21st in the sprint race and 27th in the pursuit. The last international championship among junior women on snow were the 2011 Junior World Championships in Nové Město na Moravě , where Šimová came in 59th in the individual, 46th in the sprint, 51st in the pursuit race and 17th in the relay race. Later in the year she was first used at the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2011 in Martell and was 13th in the sprint and 15th in the pursuit. In the mixed relay race she won the silver medal with Paulína Fialková , Tomáš Hasilla and Michal Kubaliak. The last championship among the juniors were the races at the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2011 in Nové Město. There she was 36th in the sprint, and she did not finish the pursuit race as a lapped runner.

Šimová contested his first race in the IBU Cup in Obertilliach in 2008 and was 63rd in a sprint race. He won his first points later in the season as 21st of a sprint in Osrblie . It was also her best placement in the racing series. The first international championships for women were the 2012 European Biathlon Championships in Osrblie. Šimová was 27th in the individual, 43rd in the sprint and 37th in the pursuit. In the relay competition she reached the side of Martina Chrapánová , Terézia Poliaková and Natália Prekopová as the final runner in seventh place. At the national championships in 2012 , she won the bronze medal in the mass start race behind Terézia Poliaková and Natália Prekopová.
