Lucien Jean-Baptiste (born May 6, 1964 in Fort de France , Martinique ) is a French actor , voice actor and director .

Life

Jean-Baptiste spent his early childhood in Martinique and moved to France with his mother and five siblings at the age of three. At the age of eight, his mother signed him up for a casting agency that was shooting commercials for Africa with Jean-Baptiste in Paris . However, he gave up his acting ambitions, trained as an advertising specialist and founded an advertising agency in Paris, which he managed for twelve years.

At the age of 31 he took acting lessons at the private drama school Cours Florent in Paris.
