Ludovikus Simanullang
Ludovikus Simanullang OFMCap (born April 23, 1955 in Sogar ; † September 20, 2018 in Medan ) was an Indonesian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Sibolga .
Life
Ludovikus Simanullang joined the order of the Capuchins , made his profession on August 2, 1981 and was ordained a priest on July 10, 1983 .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on March 14, 2007 Bishop of Sibolga. He was ordained bishop by the Apostolic Nuncio in Indonesia and East Timor , Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli , on May 20 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Martinus Dogma Situmorang , Bishop of Padang , and Anicetus Bongsu Antonius Sinaga OFMCap, Coadjutor Archbishop of Medan .
