Ludwig Schneider (born September 4, 1902 in Lingenfeld , † October 15, 1944 in Carnostov , Poland ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending the elementary school in Oettingen in Bavaria between 1909 and 1913, the Progymnasium Oettingen from 1919 to 1922 and the humanistic grammar school near St. Stephan in Augsburg , Schneider began studying civil engineering at the Technical University of Munich in 1922 . There he became a member of the Arminia fraternity in Munich in 1922 . From 1923 to 1927 he studied law and political science in Munich and Würzburg . In 1927 he became a trainee lawyer and in 1935 an assessor.

In 1932 Schneider became department head in the legal department of the Reich leadership of the NSDAP. In 1933 he was appointed assessor of the Party Supreme Court. In 1935 he was appointed chamber chairman at the Supreme Party Court and on January 1, 1936, he was promoted to head of the Central Office of the NSDAP.

From March 29, 1936 until his death in October 1944, Schneider was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 20 ( Cologne - Aachen ) .

Schneider died in October 1944 as a participant in the Second World War .
