Luis Felipe Sánchez Aponte (born May 11, 1947 in Samacá ) is Bishop of Chiquinquirá .
Life
Luis Felipe Sánchez Aponte was ordained a priest on September 28, 1973 . Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Chiquinquirá on February 11, 2004.
He was ordained bishop by the Apostolic Nuncio in Colombia , Beniamino Stella , on April 22 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Luis Augusto Castro Quiroga IMC , Archbishop of Tunja , and José Vicente Huertas Vargas , Bishop of Garagoa .
