Luise Wunderlich

Luise Wunderlich (* 1967 in Himmelkron ) is a German chanteuse and reciter . Since around 1999 she has been on stage with her own programs and can be seen mainly in southern Germany.

Live and act

Luise Wunderlich grew up on a farm in her birthplace. Already in her early youth she played in the school theater and aspired to a career as an actress.

After graduating from high school, she studied at the Stuttgart University of Music and Performing Arts with Ulrike Meier-Hillenbrandt. During this time she was actively involved in many programs and plays in the “Studio Spoken Word”. She was a scholarship holder of the Hermann Haake Foundation . Her recitation of Hölderlin poems was awarded.

Wunderlich developed literary programs a. a. For cultural organizers and libraries: Solo projects compiled from literature and theater with music and chanson with nuances of cabaret. So they joined, among others, to the Monastery Festival Weingarten , the monastery festivals in Hirsau , the Ludwigsburg Festival , the Calwer Hesse-Festival and the Haydn Festival in Eisenstadt on.

Luise Wunderlich also works as a speech teacher. She is a qualified respiratory therapist and a member of the ensemble of the Academy for Spoken Word . For several years she taught recitation for children at the Merz School in Stuttgart . Since then she has worked as a lecturer at the Karlsruhe University of Music and as a speaker at SWR .
