Lukáš Sáblík (born August 5, 1976 in Jihlava , Czechoslovakia ) is a former Czech ice hockey goalkeeper who was active for many years at HC Dukla Jihlava and HC Energie Karlovy Vary in the Czech extra league.
Career
Lukáš Sablik began his career as a hockey player in his hometown at youth level of HC Dukla Jihlava , he for the first team in the 1994/95 season, his debut in the Extraliga was. In the 1997/98 season, he completed five parallel games for league rivals HC Zlín . From 1999 the goalkeeper played with Dukla Jihlava after his relegation in the second-rate first division . At the beginning of the 2003/04 season , the Czech returned to the Extraliga for a short time, but only played two games for HC Energie Karlovy Vary before he stood for three years for the second division HC Slovan Ústí nad Labem between the posts. With this he became second division champion in 2006.
In the summer of 2006, Sáblík moved again to HC Energie Karlovy Vary, with whom he failed in the playoff final at HC Slavia Prague in the 2007/08 season . Only a year later, he and his team were able to return the favor to the capital city and won the Czech championship for the first time . After he still had a regular place in Karlovy Vary at the beginning, from 2007 he was mostly on the ice for various second division clubs. For the 2011/12 season, the goalkeeper initially moved to Orli Znojmo from the Austrian ice hockey league , but during the season he left the Adler again and played temporarily at HKm Zvolen in the Slovakian Extraliga and from February 2012 again at Energie Karlovy Vary.
The 2012/13 season he spent on loan at HC České Budějovice , but came as the club's third goalkeeper only three appearances in the Extraliga and four games in the European Trophy .
Between 2013 and 2017 he was again under contract with his hometown club in Jihlava and won the championship of the first division again in 2016. After remaining without a mission in the 2016/17 season, he ended his career in July 2017 and began his coaching career. In the 2017/18 season he was assistant coach at Dukla Jihlava.
