The 1994/95 season was the second regular staging of the Czech extra league . In the play-off final, the newly promoted HC Dadák Vsetín prevailed against AC ZPS Zlín with 3-1 . In the first division of the Czech Republic, HC Kometa Brno and TZ Třinec won their respective play-off semi-finals and were able to move up to the extra league as part of the league expansion.
In 44 games, all teams play against each other four times, each team has 22 home and 22 away games throughout the season.
