Mário Antônio da Silva
Mário Antônio da Silva (born October 17, 1966 in Itararé , Brazil ) is a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Roraima .
Life
Mário Antônio da Silva received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Jacarezinho on December 21, 1991 .
On June 9, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . as titular bishop of Arena and auxiliary bishop in Manaus . The Archbishop of Cascavel , Mauro Aparecido dos Santos , donated him episcopal ordination on August 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the emeritus Bishop of Jacarezinho, Fernando José Penteado , and the Archbishop of Manaus, Luiz Soares Vieira .
Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Roraima on June 22, 2016.
