The Mäusbach is a left tributary of the Hafenlohr in the district of Aschaffenburg in the Bavarian Spessart .

The Eichensee

The Mäusbach rises in the Bömiggrund east of Rothenbuch , in the Rothenbucher Forest , between the Hengstkopf (506 m) and the Lohrer Berg (463 m). He runs to the southeast and flows through the as natural monument designated Bomigsee . This was created for the wood drift . The Mäusbach then reaches the Rothenbuch municipal boundary. There it feeds another former Trift pond, the Eichensee . He crosses the street AB6 and flows west of Lichtenau in nature reserve Hafenlohrtal in Hafenlohr .
