Mélissa Theuriau (born July 18, 1978 in Échirolles , Isère ) is a French television journalist and television presenter.

education

Theuriau studied information and communication at the Pierre-Mendès-France University of Applied Sciences in Grenoble. She then completed her training in audiovisual journalism at the Communication and Media Center (ICM) in Échirolles.

Career

In 2002 Mélissa Theuriau worked as a reporter for Match TV. Since 2003 she has been a reporter and anchorwoman for the channel La Chaîne Info and thus achieved great fame among the French public. In May 2006, she surprised when she refused to become Claire Chazal's representative for the evening news on TF1 .

Since September 2006 she has been editor-in-chief and presenter of the weekly show Zone interdite at the Métropole 6 channel . In November 2006 she presented the Un jour, une photo program on Paris Match . Since January 2007 she has been running the new travel magazine Deux, trois jours avec moi at the Paris-Première station in collaboration with the Paris-Match station.

In March 2007, together with UNICEF and five other journalists (Claire Chazal, Marie-Drucker, Laurence Ferrari, Béatrice Schönberg and Tina Kieffer), she started the aid program "Die Rose", which takes care of the education of girls.
