Małgorzata Pskit (born May 25, 1976 in Łódź ) is a former Polish hurdler who specialized in the 400-meter distance . She was often used in the 4 x 400 meter relay because of her sprinting strength .

In 2001 she reached the semi-finals at the World Athletics Championships in Edmonton and came in seventh place with the Polish relay. Shortly thereafter, she won silver in the 400m hurdles at the Universiade in Beijing . At the European Athletics Championships in Munich in 2002 she was sixth and won bronze in the Polish 4 x 400 meter relay, at the 2003 World Championships in Paris / Saint-Denis , she was eliminated in the semifinals and was fifth in the season.

In 2004 she came in fourth place in the relay at the World Indoor Championships in Budapest . At the Olympic Games in Athens , she advanced over 400 m hurdles to the semifinals and took fifth place with the Polish relay.

In the following year, a relay silver medal at the European Indoor Championships in Madrid was followed by an eighth place over 400 m hurdles at the 2005 World Cup in Helsinki. In 2006 she took fourth place with the Polish relay team at the World Indoor Championships in Moscow .

She was Polish champion over 400 m hurdles four times (1998, 2001, 2004, 2008). In the hall she won the national title over 400 m in 2000 and 2006 and in 2001 the over 800 m .
