Career

Georgi started playing football in the youth teams of FSV Zwickau. In the A-youth area, he switched to the offspring of FC Erzgebirge Aue , which was also his first position in the men's area. Here he had his first professional appearance when he was substituted on for Kenny Schmidt in the 64th minute of the match against Eintracht Braunschweig by coach Heiko Weber on the 1st matchday of the 2008/09 season in the 3rd division . However, Georgi could not prevail in the first team and was mainly used in the second team in the major league . For this reason he left Aue in the winter break of 2008/09 and moved to 1. FC Magdeburg . However, he could not establish himself as a regular player and came in the second half of the season on only eight missions and was also often used in the second team of Magdeburg, for which he came to a total of nine missions in the 2008/09 season, in which he was one Hit scored. In the 2010/11 season Georgi won a regular place in the regional league team of the FCM and came to 29 missions and three goals.

During the winter break of the 2011/12 season he then moved to Germania Halberstadt in the Regionalliga Nord (later Regionalliga Nordost), where he scored four goals and four assists in 71 league appearances.

For the 2014/15 season he moved to league rivals FSV Wacker 90 Nordhausen on a free transfer . After two years he left the club and joined the regional league promoted 1. FC Lokomotive Leipzig . For the 2018/19 season Georgi moved to the newly promoted VfL 05 Hohenstein-Ernstthal in the Oberliga Nordost.
