mark

Over a length of 140 kilometers the long-distance cycle path leads from Würzburg via Schweinfurt , Bad Neustadt , Mellrichstadt and Ritschenhausen to Meiningen. The cycle path is marked with orange-colored square signs with the “MW” logo. In Mühlfeld near Mellrichstadt you can shorten the route via the Meiningen-Haßfurt cycle path, which is marked MH via Sülzfeld to Meiningen. As far as possible, it follows the valleys of Werntal, Maintal, Lauertal , Streutal and Werra valley and you drive on a level route. When the path leaves the valleys, easy and medium gradients have to be overcome. The route has a medium difficulty level.

The course of the cycle path can be viewed in OpenStreetMap .
