The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology (MCAST) ( Maltese Il-Kulleġġ Malti tal-Arti, Xjenza u Teknoloġija ) is a state university in Malta .

The university offers 180 full-time study programs and over 300 part-time study programs at the pre-bachelor's level (certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees) as well as bachelor's and master's levels.
