Malvasia delle Lipari is an Italian sweet white wine that is made in the Aeolian Islands .

Cultivation

The main growing area is in the municipality of Malfa on the island of Salina ; cultivation and vinification are permitted throughout the archipelago of the Aeolian Islands.

generation

The wine is made from a maximum of 95% Malvasia di Lipari and 5–8% Korinthiaki (locally called “Corinto nero”). The very ripe berries are harvested and dried on straw or bamboo mats for 10–15 days.
