Manfred König

Manfred König (born November 28, 1934 in Chemnitz ; † April 1, 1994 ibid) was a German commercial artist .

Life

Manfred König completed an apprenticeship as a utility applicant from 1949 and then worked as the same until 1960. From 1960 to 1963 he studied at the technical college for advertising and design in Berlin-Schöneweide . He then worked as a freelance commercial artist and member of DEWAG Karl-Marx-Stadt. König was a member of the Association of Visual Artists of the GDR . Among other things, he also designed postage stamps .
