Manfred Sutter

Manfred Sutter (born March 11, 1943 in Weinheim ; † August 22, 2012 ) was a German politician ( CDU ), member of the Hessian state parliament and state secretary.

Manfred Sutter studied law and was a full-time city councilor in Frankfurt am Main until 1989 . From September 26, 1989 he was State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of Culture in the Wallmann cabinet . After the state elections in Hesse in 1991 , he had to resign as State Secretary due to the change of government to red-green, but from April 5, 1991 to August 31, 1992, he was a directly elected member of the state parliament for the constituency of Frankfurt am Main IV . In 1992 he became managing director of the Dual System Deutschland in Bonn . In 2003 he left the board prematurely for health reasons and last lived in Frankfurt.
