The Manitoba Highway 6 ( MB6 ) in the Canadian province of Manitoba is a Highway, Winnipeg connects to the far north. It ends at the town of Thompson and has a length of 732 km. The route is part of the National Highway System , where the route serves as a feeder route.

The highway begins in the northwest of the provincial capital Winnipeg on the Perimeter Highway, the ring road around Winnipeg. It initially leads in a north-westerly direction to Lake Manitoba . The route runs east past the lake and heads north from Oak Point . In Eriksdale , Highway 68 branches off in an easterly direction, which leads to Lake Winnipeg . The route continues north through the city of Grand Rapids , it runs between the great lakes of Manitoba. With the highways 60 south and 39 north of Grand Rapids there are connections to the parallel highway 10 . From Highway 39, the route leads northeast and ends in Thompson .
