The Manitoba Highway 10 (PTH 10) is located in the Canadian province of Manitoba , it has a length of 804 km. The highway begins in the south of the province on the border between Canada and the United States . It runs north in the west of the province. As a core route, the route is part of the National Highway System .

The highway begins on the North Dakota border , where it merges into US Highway 281 . The International Peace Garden is located directly on the border and can be visited from both sides of the border. The route runs north to Brandon , Manitoba's second largest city. North of the city it crosses Highway 1 , the Trans-Canada Highway on its southern route. The route continues northwards, past the small town of Minnedosa , where it crosses Highway 16 , the northern route of the Trans-Canada Highway. At Wasagaming it leads into the Riding Mountain National Park and crosses it. The route goes around Dauphin to Swan River . It continues through the vast expanses of Manitoba's forests past The Pas and ends in Flin Flon on the Saskatchewan border , where the route continues as Saskatchewan Highway 167 .
